Ohio 19 just northwest of Parcher/Campbell Road in Crawford County, will close Monday, June 24th for a culvert replacement. The road is expected to reopen Friday, June 28th. Also State Route 19 northwest of Parcher/Campbell Road will close for the same time frame.
