Thirty-three year-old Ryan Rollison of Marion, has been charged in Marion County Common Pleas Court with vehicular assault, and two counts of failure to stop after an accident. The charges are from a single vehicle crash on May 12th at the intersection of East Fairground Street and Richmond Avenue, where a 14 year-old boy suffered minor bruises and cuts and a 33-year-old woman was hospitalized due to her injuries. Rollison left the scene of the accident. He had previously been found guilty of unauthorized use of a vehicle, operating a motor vehicle under the influence,and leaving the scene of an accident.
