The Waldo Festival is hosting its first annual Arts & Crafts Fair.
Friday July 19th 4pm-7pm & Saturday July 20th Noon-7pm
Interested vendors must email s_payne2011@columbus.rr.com or direct message to fill out application. Only one representative per direct sales company.
• Cost $50.00 per booth
• Vendors must provide their own equipment example: tables, chairs & tents etc.
• No electricity or running water available
• Due to event being outside and no night security, it is recommended that vendors break down Friday night and set up again Saturday morning.
• Vendors are responsible for cleaning their own area.
• Exhibitor tables and booths must be manned at all time. Waldo festival is not responsible for merchandise or display materials.
• Only one business per booth.
• Application fees are not refundable. Waldo Festival is not liable if weather or conditions prevent the Exhibitor from attending and fulfilling the contractual obligation as an Exhibitor. No refunds will be made for weather, accident, health, or other causes for non-participation.
