Smoking is now prohibited in all city parks in Delaware and Upper Arlington after a vote yesterday by each community's city councils. According to the new regulations, anyone found smoking tobacco products, electronic cigarettes or vaping devices in a city park would violate the new ordinance. Delaware's vote was six to one in favor of the ban while Upper Arlington's measure was passed unanimously.
