Roy Allen Pennington, age 53, was taken away too soon from his home on March 6, 2019. Roy was born to the late Ralph B. and Claudette (Whiloff) Pennington on January 4, 1966 in Buffalo, NY. He finished school and continued his education in the HVAC field, becoming a Certified HVAC Technician.
As a Certified HVAC Technician in Florida, he worked 10 plus years, but had to quit his trade due to health issues.
Roy loved his Rock and Roll music, and was an avid fan of the Old Spaghetti Westerns.
Roy was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Richard Pennington, and sister Carol Darling.
He is survived by his son Roy A. Pennington, Jr. of Marion, his brother-in-law Mike Darling of Marion, and his sister Lisa (Russ) Samples, and one granddaughter Diesera Wells.
The family requests any memorial contributions to Roy A. Pennington’s memory to be given toward funeral costs.
