A state-wide tornado siren drill is scheduled to take place this morning (3/20) around 9:50 a.m. as officials test emergency equipment across Ohio before the start of storm season. State officials are encouraging schools, businesses, and anyone with an emergency evacuation plan to use the opportunity to conduct their own practice drills at the same time.
Emergency management directors are asking residents not to be alarmed by the sirens which will be going off outside normal testing times.
