Marion County Judge And His Wife Indicted For Hit-And-Skip Crash Last June

A Marion County Judge and his wife are facing felony charges in connection to a hit-and-skip accident last June. On Wednesday, a grand jury returned a four-count indictment against Judge Jason Warner and his wife Julia for their actions in the crash on June 4th at Ohio 203 and Somerlot-Hoffman Road in Green Camp Township. The indictment includes charges of vehicular assault, leaving the scene, and tampering with evidence. Police say Judge Warner was a passenger in a Jeep Wrangler driven by his wife when they crashed into a BMW driven by 19-year-old Colton Gray, who was seriously injured and then drove off from the scene.
