The Republican Primary for State Senate District 26 has been won by Bill Reineke, over Melissa Ackison. Reineke will now run against Democrat Craig Swartz in November. In Marion County, The Marion County Board of Developmental Disabilities Levy has fallen again. Unofficially, Ridegdale Schools levy is failing by 1 vote and in Wyandot County Todd D. Frey has been elected Sheriff, as no democrat filed to run in the General Election.
