State Patrol Charges A Marion Man With 7th OVI Offense

Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers have charged a Marion man with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, his 7th offense. Lee Jo Weng was stopped for a speed violation on Blaine Avenue in Marion. Troopers observed signs of impairment and he was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence.

Mr. Weng was arraigned in the Marion Municipal Court on April 30th, and entered a plea of not guilty.
