Two teens and two adults are facing charges for an elementary school break-in. The Delaware County Sheriff's Office says a 15-year-old girl and 17-year-old boy, along with 22-year-old Michael Miller and 19-year-old Nathan Degenova, were arrested within 24 hours of the April 29th break-in. It happened at Harrison Street Elementary. All four face charges for allegedly entering, vandalizing, and stealing computers, phones, instruments, and iPads.
