On Tuesday (January 22) around 10am, the MARMET-METRCH Drug task force with the assistance of the Marion County Sherriff’s Office and the Ohio Attorney General BCI and I served a search warrant at 1671 Whetstone River Road South in Marion County. The warrant was issued after a long term investigation into a marijuana growing operation.
During the search of the property, detectives located 1500 grams of marijuana, 30 grams of hash 15 grams of marijuana wax and 18 plants along with grow equipment, two firearms and chemicals to assemble and make marijuana dabs.
Thirty-six year old Daniel Orians was arrested and charged with manufacturing, cultivation and possession of marijuana.
