The suspect in a hit-and-run crash along I-270 is the man whose body was found off the highway. Sheriff's deputies identified the body yesterday as 41-year-old Jeremy Boggs of Delaware. Investigators say Boggs went missing after leaving the scene of a crash last week at I-270 and U.S. Route 23 on foot. His body was found Monday by a deputy investigating the wreck.
