(Philadelphia, PA)  --  Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Riley Cooper is returning from his excused absence and will practice with the team today.  Cooper was excused last Friday to seek counseling after video surfaced of him using a racial slur at a Kenny Chesney concert in June.  The 25-year-old Florida product has 46 receptions for 679 yards and five touchdowns in his first three NFL seasons.  He's expected to play a much larger role in the Eagles offense this year with the absence of Jeremy Maclin, who suffered a season-ending torn ACL.
