A former Buckeye football star is suing an Ohio police department.  James Stillwagon was charged with a road rage incident in Delaware in 2012, but the case was eventually thrown out.  Stillwagon filed suit against the Delaware Police Department Thursday morning, claiming officers destroyed evidence and coerced testimony against him.  Stillwagon was a defensive lineman for Ohio State from 1966 to 1970.  He was also the first person to ever receive the Lombardi Award.
